Morning: Departure to Fatima, site of Marian apparitions to three little shepherds in 1917. The Shrine of Fatima is one of the major references of Marian devotion, the pilgrims who come from all over the world. Visit to the church of the Monastery of Batalha (1) Gothic work of the century. XIV. Visit the church of the Monastery of Alcobaça (1), relive the love story of Ines de Castro and King Pedro reminiscent of the most beautiful love story in Portugal.
AFTERNOON: Visit to Nazaré , traditional fishing village, with a sanctuary from the sixteenth century. Visit the historic town of Obidos (1) The village of Óbidos keeps centuries of history between its walls. With a vast heritage of religious architecture, historical and monumental remains, the village of kings and queens were in other times preferred location for rest or retreat of the Court with the opportunity to taste the famous “Ginjinha”, a traditional liquor of the region. Return to the hotel at approximately 18h00.
