MORNING: Departure for Fátima, site of the apparitions of Our Lady in 1917 to three little shepherds. The Sanctuary of Fátima is one of the greatest references of the Marian cult, to which pilgrims from all over the world flock. XIV. Visit to the church of the Monastery of Alcobaça(1), relive the love story of Inês de Castro and King D. Pedro who recall the most beautiful love story in Portugal.
AFTERNOON: Visit to the traditional Nazaré, a traditional fishing village, with a sanctuary from the 17th century. XVI. Visit to the historic town of Óbidos(1) The town of Óbidos holds centuries of history within its walls. With a vast heritage of religious architecture and historical-monumental remains, the village of Reis e Rainhas was, in other times, a preferred place for rest or refuge from the Court, with the opportunity to taste the famous “Ginjinha”, a traditional liqueur from the region. Return to the hotel at approximately 6:00 pm.
