6. Payments
The website does not currently process online payments.
Where agreed in advance, a booking may be paid by bank transfer in accordance with instructions supplied by Listour.
Where payment has not been made in advance by bank transfer, payment must be made in cash and in euros (€), directly to the driver before departure for the tour or contracted service.
Information required for invoicing and accounting purposes will be processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
7. Recipients
Personal data is not sold.
It may be shared with service providers or other parties supporting Listour where necessary for website operation, provision of services, compliance with legal obligations, invoicing, accounting, technological hosting or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Any such disclosure will be limited to what is necessary for the relevant purpose.
